  2. To achieve results as quickly as we can.
  3. To provide a friendly and welcoming environment to all ages.
  4. To be careful to listen to our patient’s needs/requirements and tailor their assessment, advice and treatment accordingly.
  5. To formulate a rapport with our patients so that they feel at ease – as optimal treatment requires a team approach between the clinician and patient.
  6. To only provide treatment that is appropriate to the needs of the patient.
  7. To provide patients with clear objective, as well as subjective, measurements of their progress.
  8. To only offer ongoing maintenance care when it is of benefit to the patient and the patient has a clear understanding of its aims and advantages.
  9. To be clear about our limitations as clinicians and when to refer to other professionals. At New Forest Clinics if we feel that your condition will be best served or requires alternative care we will quickly refer you in that direction.

Patient Experience

At New Forest Clinics every single patient is important to us. We pride ourselves in providing individual advice and care for our patients, both young and old, in a friendly and relaxed environment. We believe that a structured approach to care is critical to a successful outcome and strive to provide this.

Often, patients present to us with a lack of understanding of their complaint and the options that they have with regards to the possible intervention and care – initially our target is to Empower Patients with this knowledge.

To achieve this your clinician at New forest Clinics will take a thorough history of your complaint and make an appropriate examination. This process usually takes an hour. If further information is required in terms of special tests (scans, blood tests etc) this will be explained and organised.

Once your diagnosis has been explained to you and a management plan suggested, You can then decide if you wish to proceed. It is important to us that you feel in control of your Treatment.

Treatment is always a team process involving both the clinician and patient and we strive to provide support to our patients throughout their management – our service is not consultative and not rushed, and we encourage our patients to take ownership of their complaint, to enable us to address it together.

Every day, our goal is to make a difference for every single patient that we see.
