Teresa is an advocate of wellbeing. She discovered Chiropractic in 2000 and this helped ease her neck & back pain and discomfort. She decided to train to be a Chiropractor at The Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) and achieved her Master’s Degree in Chiropractic.

She encourages people to improve their overall health and wellbeing. She has extensive experience in helping mothers with pregnancy-related pelvic pain and has helped many babies by removing stress from the pregnancy and birth process so that they can be at ease as they grow.

Her mission is to help people within the community to realise that good health is something that comes from the inside out, not the outside in. Your body is amazing, and she wants to help you keep it at its best.
